Introduction
This Agreement consists of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Terms”) and terms and conditions, if any, specific to use of individual Services (hereinafter the “Service Specific Terms”). The General Terms and Service Specific Terms are collectively referred to as the “Terms”. These terms may be updated from time to time in the future. You agree to review our Terms of Service regularly by visiting this page. Your continued access to or use of the service will mean that you agree to the changes. You will be notified of any significant changes to our Terms of Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering to use the Service you acknowledge that You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and have the authority to act on behalf of any person for whom You are using the Service. Further provisions
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Statement describe the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements. We shall be entitled to assign or subcontract our rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Service to another party. As Account Holder you may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent. Failure at any time to enforce any of these terms and conditions or to require performance by the other party of any such term or condition shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or affect the right of either party to enforce the same. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall be carried out as closely as possible according to the original intent.
Ownership & Data Security
You agree to comply with all applicable state and federal laws and rules in connection with your collection, security, and dissemination of any personal, financial, or transaction information (defined as “user data”) on your site/computer/device or through your app. While payment gateway helps to make compliance easier, you are solely responsible for compliance with any laws, regulations, or rules applicable to your business. You are authorized to use the Services and the Website and to access the information and Data that You input into the Website, including any information or Data input into the Website by any person you have authorized to use the Service. You are also authorized to access the processed information and Data that is made available to You through Your use of the Website and the Services (whether that information and Data is Your own or that of anyone else).
The legal and beneficial interest in all copyrights, patents, trade marks, service marks, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), database rights, proprietary information rights and all other proprietary rights as may exist anywhere in the world together with applications associated with any such rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) relating to the Service belong to us at all times. You obtain no ownership rights in the Service or any of the Intellectual Property Rights pursuant to or arising out of this Agreement. The Account Holder has sole responsibility for the provision of accurate and reliable data. The Account Holder retains ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights it has in your Data (such as rights in its logo, for example.) Intellectual Property Rights in your Data will not be transferred to us. We reserve the right to disclose your Data to law enforcement officials in the investigation of fraud or other alleged unlawful activities but otherwise we will only use your Data to provide the Service.
Service & Rights
Our services are designed to work together, making it easier for you to move from one activity to the next. We’re constantly developing new technologies and features to improve our services. For example, we use artificial intelligence to provide you with automatic & ease of working, voice recognition and use your voice to convert it to automated working module. As part of this continual improvement, we sometimes add or remove features and functionalities, increase or decrease limits to our services, and start offering new services or stop offering old ones. Hence we have the right to change & update our Terms & Conditions according to the need & situation. So we can terminate our free service or we can also run ads in the future. Sometimes when a service or features requires update, then our software and its features will be updated automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available.
However, we are using Google Speech Recognition API to provide you the automated voice controlled software, which require internet to fetch and convert your input voice to recognized string data. You can use any browsing software which support that API. but we recommend you to use the Google Chrome browser.
Some of our services are designed to let you upload, submit, store, send, receive, or share your content. You have no obligation to provide any content to our services and you’re free to choose the content that you want to provide. If you choose to upload or share content, please make sure you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content is lawful. Terms & Conditions applies to all of the services offered by Easy Accounting & Eather Technology Private Limited.
Payment & Refund
You may from time to time be offered preferential pricing or discounts for the Access Fees as a result of the number of organizations that You have added to the Service or that have been added with Your authority or as a result of Your use of the Service (‘Organizations’). Eligibility for such preferential pricing or discounts is conditional upon Your acceptance of responsibility for payment of any Access Fees in relation to all of Your Organizations. Without prejudice to any other rights. You have to understand that when you purchase any service or pay any amount whether in advance for the Software, Web or IT Project or after the completion of service for financial key of Easy Accounting, the amount paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Because we only capture payment after the said service is completely provided sucessfully. Moreover, we have provided the demo service to make you feel and know what will you actually get in the premium account with exact demo features. So first use our demo service by creating demo account, use the software web application, then after you satisfied you can proceed for the premium account. It is Your sole responsibility to determine that the Services meet the needs of Your business and are suitable for the purposes for which they are used.
